* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Carroll Eichenauer
Carroll T. Eichenauer, 87, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died January 9, 2017 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie, IN.
He was born September 22, 1929 in Fort Recovery, OH, to the late Floyd and Zella (Lowery) Eichenauer. On June 19, 1954, he married Alice (Gagle) Eichenauer, who survives.
Also surviving are his children, Jeannette (Dan) Arnold of Celina, OH and Mark (Brenda) Eichenauer of Fort Recovery; granddaughters, Melissa, Michelle, Sara, Ashley and Karla; 10 great grandchildren; a brother, Vernon Eichenauer of Fort Recovery; a sister, Helen Johnson of Fort Recovery; a brother-in-law, Don Brautigam of Wapakoneta, OH; and in-laws, Verla Roessner of Fort Recovery, OH and Clara (Martin) McWay of Lima, OH.
Preceding him in death are his sisters, Norma Jean Cron and Lola Brautigam; and brothers-in-law, Gayle Johnson and Bob Cron.
He was a 1949 graduate of Fort Recovery High School and was a U.S. Marine veteran who served in the Korean War. Carroll enjoyed being a lifelong farmer and going to car shows.
Services are 10:30 am Thursday, January 12, 2017, at the First Church of Christ, 1049 Union City Rd., Fort Recovery, Ohio, with Mike Hickerson officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 3:00 pm-7:00 pm Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery and 9:30 am-10:30 am Thursday at the church. Military Graveside honors will be conducted by the American Legion, Fort Recovery.
