* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 900 AM EDT.
* At 606 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Helen Jacobs
Helen "Butch" Jacobs, age 77, of Coldwater, died on Friday, February 9, 2018 at Celina Manor.
She was born July 5, 1940 in Cincinnati to the late Norbert & Virginia (Carlin) Mescher. She married Donald Jacobs on June 20, 1959 and he died May 11, 1999.
She is survived by her children: Cathy & Don Knapke of Fort Recovery, Cindy & Sam Dues of Coldwater, and Chuck & Janine Jacobs of Maria Stein; siblings: Paula & Ned Hileman of Rockford; and in-laws: Sue Mescher of Burkettsville, and Ken & Marg Jacobs of St. Henry; 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by siblings: Tom Mescher and Bill & Lois Mescher; and in-laws: Evelyn & June Haney, Art & Ruth Jacobs, Luella Jacobs, Helen & Wilbur Riegelsperger, Geraldine & Albert Theile, Lucille & Jack Meyer, and Florence & Norbert Paulus.
Butch was the founder of Operation Freedom Support and a member of the Coldwater Eagles and Holy Trinity Catholic Church. She was retired from Hemmelgarn & Sons in Philothea.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Holy Trinity Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
