* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.

Frederick Loyer
Frederick C. "Chuck" Loyer, II, 84, Saint Marys, Ohio, died 4:27 A.M. Friday, May 18, 2018, at OSU Medical Center, Columbus.
He was born April 27, 1934, in Delaware, Ohio, the son of Frederick C. and Katherine (Kreis) Loyer.
He married Virginia Mast on June 7, 1957, at the Edgerton United Methodist Church; she survives at the residence.
He is also survived by his children: Katherine (Bradley) Will of Traverse City, Michigan; Michael (Janine) Loyer of Cincinnati; Cheryl (Paul) Beineke of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Matthew (Marlys) Loyer of Redondo Beach, California. He is survived by his eleven grandchildren: Robert Schanksi; Payne Schanski; Morgan Schanski; Jeannette Manger; Benjamin Loyer; Virginia Beineke; Jacob Beineke; Karis Beineke; Katie Beineke; Jackson Loyer; Andrew Loyer. He is survived by one great-grandchild: Glen Eric Manger. He is survived by one brother, Philip Loyer of Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by a sister, Rita Loyer.
Chuck graduated from Claridon High School. He earned a BA in Music Education from Capitol University in Columbus. He served as band director for Anna High School, Hardin Northern High School, and for many years as director of "SMABB," the Saint Marys Memorial High School All Brass Band. After retirement from education, Chuck worked at the Celina Music Store for many years.
Chuck was an active member of Zion Lutheran Church in Saint Marys, where he had served as congregation President and elder.
Funeral rites will be held 10:30 A.M. Thursday, May 24, 2018, at Zion Lutheran Church in Saint Marys, Reverend Bill Maki, officiant. Burial will follow at Marion Cemetery, Marion, Ohio.
Friends may call from 4-8 P.M. Wednesday at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, Saint Marys, where memorial gifts may be given to Zion Lutheran Church or James Hospital, Columbus.
