* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Donald Hamilton
Donald W. "Donnie" Hamilton, age 62, of Coldwater, Ohio, died November 17, 2018 at his home.
He was born March 20, 1956, to the late John and Nellie (Hunsaker) Hamilton. On October 10, 1986, he married Kathy (Stein) Hamilton, who survives.
Also surviving are his children, Matthew Hamilton of Piqua, OH, Megan Hamilton of New Bremen, OH, Marcus (Cassie) Hamilton of Mesa, AZ, and Matt (Casey) Hamilton of Coldwater, OH; siblings, Jim (Sharon) Hamilton, Dan Hamilton, Bill (Barb) Hamilton, and Ken Hamilton, all of Mendon, OH, Suzanne Sharpe of Spencerville, OH, and Esther Hamilton of Coldwater, OH; and his grandchildren, Emma, Eleanor, Virginia, Austin, Brady and Ethan.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Gary Hamilton.
Donnie was a 1974 graduate of the former Mendon High School. He worked at the former Huffy Corporation, Celina and was currently employed at Hi-Tech Wire, St. Henry.  
He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 470 and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, both of Coldwater. Donnie enjoyed relaxing on his patio and spending time with his grandchildren and family.
A Celebration of Life service will be held 6:00 pm Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, OH, with Pastor Randy Christian officiating.
Calling is 2:00 pm-6:00 pm Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home. Donnie requested that relatives and friends dress in casual attire.
