* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

Dean Kerns
Dean A. Kerns, age 62, of Minster, died Saturday, November 17, 2018 at his home. He was born February 1, 1956 in Piqua, to the late Ralph & Jewel (Long) Kerns. On October 24, 1987, he married Terrie (Yount) in Covington and she survives in Minster.
He is survived by a son Michael Kerns of Minster; a brother Mike & Gwen Kerns of Vandalia; and in-laws Sandy Kerns, Cathy Kerns, Jean Kerns, Richard & Marilyn Yount and John & Pauline Yount.
He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster where he was a member of the Men's Choir and F.O.E. 1391, Minster. Dean was retired Course Superintendent at Arrowhead Golf Club, a Tribute Cup Champion and avid Browns fan.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster with Fr. Frankline Rayappa officiating. Burial will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, November 20, and from 9 to 9:30 AM on Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
Memorials may be made to ALS Association of Central & Southern Ohio or Wilson Hospice.
