* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Edward Imwalle
Edward F. Imwalle, age 81, of Vandalia, passed away Friday, November 16, 2018, at Story Point in Troy, Ohio.
He was born April 26, 1937 in Celina, Ohio to the late William & Elizabeth (Huelskamp) Imwalle. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by several siblings: Armella, Louis, Walter, Herbert, Richard, Alfred, Eugene & Frederick.
  Ed was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church in Vandalia. He graduated from Miami University where he played football, went on to serve in the United States Army and retired from General Motors with over 30 years of service. He thoroughly enjoyed attending his grandchildren's many events and he was a car enthusiast and avid sports fan.
  Ed is survived by his loving wife of the past 59 years, Janet (Niekamp) Imwalle; four children, Todd Imwalle (Linda), Lis-Beth Dahlinghaus (Rory), Shane Imwalle (Christine) & Hondo Imwalle (Kim); one sister, Tillie Stammen; 10 grandchildren, Winston (Alexis), Colin, Bailey, Trevor, Sara, Drake, Taylor, Anna, Spencer & Claudia; two great grandchildren, Caroline & Paige; and by his extended family & many good friends.
  The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 20, at St. Christopher Catholic Church, 435 East National Rd., Vandalia, Ohio 45377. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated by Rev. Fr. John Tonkin at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, at the church. A private inurnment ceremony will be held at a later date at St. John Cemetery in Maria Stein, Ohio.
  In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Ed to the Edward F. Imwalle Memorial Fund, c/o Osgood State Bank, 275 W. Main St., Osgood, Ohio 45351.
