* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1036 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, Newport, West Liberty, Anna, Fort Loramie, De Graff, Quincy, Port Jefferson, Valley Hi, Zanesfield, Maplewood, Pemberton, Logansville, Mcmorran, Swanders, Pickrelltown, New Jerusalem and Lake Loramie State Park.

Catherine Hahn
Catherine (Clifford) Hahn age 71, died Friday, March 29 at her home in Plano, Texas.
She was born June 6, 1947, to William (Gene) & Kathleen (McNally) Clifford of St. Marys, Ohio.
She was loved and will be missed dearly by family and friends. She graduated in 1965 from St. Marys High School. She attended the University of Dayton and graduated in 1969 with a Bachelor in Science degree. She worked for DuPont Pharmaceuticals and was the company's first female sales representative. In the early 2000's she changed her career and became a Realtor for Caldwell Bankers in Plano, Texas.
Cathy had a special love for animals, especially Mastiffs. She rescued and cared for several English Mastiffs during her life; leaving behind Gabby, Mr. Bubbles, and Sweat Pea. She was a dedicated advocate for the Mastiff breed and volunteered at Mastiff rescues. She was passionate about animal rights. Her home was open to neighbor's and friend's dogs.
Cathy loved fine dining, designer clothes, fast cars, good people and all of God's animals. She fought a long battle of breast cancer with bravery, dignity, and humor ever.
There will be a memorial service for her May 13 starting at 12:00 at Gethsemane cemetery in St. Marys.
