* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

At 542 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Waynesfield, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Ada, Alger, Waynesfield, Mcguffey, Uniopolis, Walton, and State Route 195 at State Route 235.

James Dill
James Eugene Dill, age 83 of Anna, passed away Monday, November 18, 2019 at 4:37 PM at Hospice of Miami County In-Patient Unit.
He was born on January 10, 1936 in Sidney, Ohio, the son of the late Weldon W. and Mary (Denman) Dill. On June 15, 1956 he married Virginia Lee (Knoop) who preceded him in death December 24, 2015.
Jim is survived by four children, David (Lori) Dill of Piqua, Peggy (Terry) Glass of Celina, Christine (John) Oiler of Troy, and Brian (Janell) Dill of Middleburg, FL, three brothers, Thomas (Marcella) Dill of Sidney, Bill (Diane) Dill of Piqua, and Jimmy Lee (Connie) Millhouse of Troy, one sister, Kathy Pitts of Troy, 13 grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and Donald Dill.
Mr. Dill was a 1953 graduate of Houston High School. He retired in 2008 from Robert R. Oldham Inc. after 52 years of faithful service. He attended Grace Baptist Church in Sidney.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, November 22, 2019 at 10 AM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home, with Pastor Jim Alter officiating. Burial will follow at Pearl Cemetery in Swanders.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4 to 7 PM.
