* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

At 542 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Waynesfield, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Ada, Alger, Waynesfield, Mcguffey, Uniopolis, Walton, and State Route 195 at State Route 235.

Andrew Weikel
Andrew David Weikel, 47, passed away on November 15th, 2019 in his Honolulu home.
Andy was born November 16th, 1971, in Celina, Ohio. He graduated from Celina Senior High School in 1990 and soon after, began military service in the United States Army where he served in Germany.
Following his military service, Andy was employed as a federal prison correction officer in North Carolina, Hawaii and Texas before serving Homeland Security as a Federal Immigration Officer.
Andy traveled the world where he amassed a group of friends and family that will be left missing his ability to make anyone smile. Andrew seemed to be the voice of reason for so many. Spreading his infectious laughter everywhere he went.
He is survived by his parents, siblings, wife Annie Yi Weikel and his children Andrew, Wesley, Mila (Justin Garner), Kingston and Royal.
A Celebration of Andrew's life will be held at the Celina New Life Christian Center 7015 Havemann Road on November 30th, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. Following the service, family and friends are encouraged to gather in the Brew Nation event room (Lake Rat side) located at 110 S. Main Street to share memories and favorite stories of his life.
