* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Joseph Fiely
Joseph "Joe" A. Fiely, 63, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at his home.
He was born on July 5, 1958, in Portland, Indiana, to the late Richard and Elizabeth (Addington) Fiely.
In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his brother, Richard "Dick" Fiely, and on nephew.
Joe was a 1976 graduate of Fort Recovery High School. He attended Bowling Green State University, graduating in 1980 with a B.A. in Business. He received his MBA from Miami University in 1983, and shortly thereafter moved to Chicago. Joe's early career was as an accountant, but he soon found his passion in the restaurant industry. He was a part of Lettuce Entertain You, the Francesca's Restaurant Group, and Scott Harris Hospitality, and is best known for his work with Mia Francesca, The Purple Pig, and Joe's Imports. Joe's smile and lust for life were contagious. He loved entertaining at this home on Bradley Place and was especially proud of his beautiful garden. He could often be found surrounding by loving friends, enjoying a delicious glass of his favorite wine(s).
Joe is survived by his siblings, Shirley (Chuck) Acheson of Columbia City, Indiana, Mike (Kathy) Fiely of Cookeville, Tennessee, Linda (Chuck Schumacher) McCoy of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Donna (Greg) Mannia of Roanoke, Indiana, Barb (Troy) Shaffer of West Unity, Ohio, and Harold (Kim) Fiely of Fort Recovery; his 6 nieces and 4 nephews; his 7 great nieces and 5 great nephews; and his sister-in-law, Janice Fiely of Fort Recovery.
A celebration of Joe's life will be held on February 27, 2022, at The Metro, 3730 N Clark St., Chicago, Illinois, 60613 from 3:00 until 7:00 central time.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Joe Fiely Memorial Fund, in care of the Fort Recovery Community Foundation, P.O. Box 52, Fort Recovery, Ohio 45846. Contributions can also be made online, via Venmo by sending them to @FR-Foundation.
