* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Richard Stein Sr.
Richard Clair "Cowboy" Stein Sr., age 70 of Rockford, Ohio passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at the Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
He was born on January 12, 1952 in Celina, Ohio to the late Wilbur and Alice (Vale) Stein.
He is survived by two children Alice Marie (Robert) Huston of Celina, Richard Stein Jr. of Rockford and Three step children Bobby, Stacy and Chasity. He is also survived by two grandchildren Joshua Huston and Ethen Huston, his sister Virginia Hague of Rockford and several Nieces and Nephews.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents, wife Mel Stein, sister and brother-in-law Sharon (Richard) Meinerding and a brother-in-law James Hague.
He graduated from Celina High School in 1970. After High School he served his country in the United States Army, in Germany. He was employed by Jimmy Otterbacher Carnival Company until he retired in October of 2018. He was a member of the Grand Lake United Methodist Church in Celina. Richard enjoyed bowling league and fishing.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Mick Whistler officiating.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8p.m. on Friday, February 18, 2022 and an hour before services on Saturday at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made out to the Mercer County Chapter of the American Red Cross 2510 State Route 703, Celina, Ohio 45822.
