* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

Leonard Dietz
Leonard J. Dietz, 93, of St. Marys, died 1:07 P.M. Monday, October 10, 2022, at Elmwood of New Bremen.
He was born November 29, 1928, in Noble Township, Auglaize County, Ohio, the son of Louis and Elizabeth (Yahl) Dietz. He married Velma Bruggeman on May 23, 1950; she preceded him in death on December 15, 2017.
He is survived by his siblings: Lawrence (Karen) Dietz of Indian Lake; Anna Marie Steinke of St. Marys. He is survived by his brothers-in-law Larry (Becky) Bruggeman of Maria Stein; Howard (Marlene) Bruggeman of Maria Stein; a sister-in-law, Mary Pierron of Osgood; by a half-brother, Allen (Connie) Dietz of Celina.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; siblings: Blanche Poeppelman; Margaret Overman; Herman Dietz; Theresa Case; Herman Dietz.
Leonard attended Holy Rosary School and St. Marys Memorial High School. He retired from Goodyear St. Marys after 41 years of service and was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys. He enjoyed polka dancing with his wife, and he liked fishing and playing golf. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Father James O. Byrne Council 1592, and Eagles Lodge 767, both in St. Marys.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 14, 2022, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, the Reverend Rob Muhlenkamp, celebrant. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4-8 P.M. Thursday and 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. Friday at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, St. Marys, where memorial gifts may be given to either Grand Lake Hospice or Holy Rosary School.
