* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Norma Koverman
Norma J. Koverman, 92, of St. Marys, formerly of Van Wert, passed away at 4:45 PM on Friday, October 07, 2022 at Grand Lake Health Care Center.
She was born on October 04, 1930, in Fort Loramie, to the late Albert H. and Anna (Barlage) Barhorst. She went on to marry the love of her life, LeRoy Koverman. Together, they shared more than 50 years of memories.
Norma liked baking, cooking and gardening. She was also an avid garage seller and enjoyed making wood crafts with LeRoy. Norma was rarely seen without her beloved dogs, Tinkles, Queeny and Bear whom she often dressed in various outfits.
Surviving are her brothers: Carl (Eileen) Barhorst and Ernie Barhorst, both of Fort Laramie; her Godchildren: Dale Barhorst and Mike Vondenhuevel; as well as many nieces and nephews, whom she loved as her own.
In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy Koverman; son, Larry Koverman.; siblings: Albert Barhorst, Harold Barhorst, Alma Mangen and Joan Vondenhuevel.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home 722 S. Washington St. Van Wert, OH 45891 with Father Chris Bohnsack, officiating. Interment will follow in Woodland Cemetery, 10968 Woodland Ave. Van Wert, OH 45891.
Family and friends will be received two hours prior to the service, from 9 to 11, on Wednesday at the funeral home.
