* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 714 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

Tammy Robbins
Tammy Jo Robbins, 57, of Winchester, Ind. (formerly of Celina, Ohio) died Monday February 19, 2024, at IU - University Hospital in Indianapolis, Ind.
She was born August 28, 1966 in St. Marys, Ohio, to Fred and Jean (Raymond) Waesch.
Survivors include: daughter Danielle Robbins of Winchester, Ind.; son Michael (Taylor) Robbins of Yorktown, Ind.; daughter Brenda Moore of Ridgeville, Ind.; 4 grandchildren: Levi Lemons, Raylin Crouch, Brynlee Wilkinson, and Avery Robbins; parents Fred and Jean Waesch of Celina, Ohio; sister Lesa Young of Fairborn, Ohio; brother Mark (Nancy) Waesch of Celina, Ohio; sister Sandy (Roger) Hudepohl of Dayton, Ohio; brother Michael Waesch of Celina, Ohio; and a large extended family which includes numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was a graduate of Celina Sr. High School (Class of 1984) and earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Ball State University in Muncie, Ind. She served as Director of Financial Aid for Ivy Tech Community College at campuses in both Muncie and Anderson, Ind. She attended the Collett Church of the Nazarene in Portland, Ind. Tammy treasured the time that she spent with her family (especially, her grandchildren).
Rites are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. Saturday February 24, 2024 at the Collett Church of the Nazarene 4525 S. 100 West in Portland.
Visitation 5-8 p.m. on Friday at the church. Additional visitation Saturday morning at the church from 9-10 a.m. Burial will follow the services at the Resthaven Memory Gardens, located on Auglaize Co. Road 33A near St. Marys, Ohio.
