Josephine Trevino
Josephine Trevino, age 89, of Celina, Ohio, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on February 19, 2024.
She was born January 7, 1935, in Liveoak, Texas, to the late Vidal and Santos (Basaldua) Trevino.
She is survived by her children: Dean Samaniego, New Castle, Indiana; Daniel Boise, Bowling Green, Ohio; Delia (Matthew) Hills, Gatlinburg, Tennessee; and David Samaniego, Elkhart, Indiana; six grandchildren: Justin, Anthony, April, Kayla, Sara and Connor; five great-grandchildren, Makenna, Milo, Ashton, Leland and Piper; and two sisters, Connie Briseno, Breckenridge, Texas; and Lucy Garcia, Santa Paula, California.
Josephine retired from Huffy Bicycles in Celina after nearly 30 years of service. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina. She enjoyed gardening, reading, loved animals and most of all spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the Trevino family.
