Rather than opening early for black Friday sales, Celina's downtown merchants stayed open late this past Friday to host their own Midnight Gladness sales. Most stores in the downtown area stayed open till midnight with sales and special events.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 3 AM to noon EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
