Summer is often a time of rest and relaxation for most students. However, students involved in 4-H projects hardly have the summer off. Students in 4-H spend their summers prepping their animals or perfecting their projects, creating a project book and learning all about their projects in preparation for the Mercer County Fair in August. Haylee Harling, 13, of Celina and her dog Reba will compete in agility, obedience and rally at this year's fair. Branston Pohlman, 13, of Fort Recovery will show his heifer Cheese Curd at this year's fair. Read more in Tuesday's Daily Standard.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.
