Both the Women's and Men's House of Hope are structurally completed. The search for house managers for each program is the final key before residents will be accepted. It is a search that has proven difficult. See companion story.

* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
