After a record year, Celina returns several state qualifying swimmers who are looking to have a big encore in the 2017-2018 season.

* WHEN...From 5 AM to 8 PM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
