In the 2017-18 school year, the Midwest Athletic Conference set a record with eight state championships in one year and also had three state team runner-ups, a state individual champion in cross country and track, a state football player of the year in football and a state coach of the year in volleyball. The Celina boys bowling team won a state championship and St. Marys' Jill Schmitmeyer finished her career with a runner-up finish at state.

* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Periods of thunderstorms are possible Thursday evening through the overnight hours. These storms could lead to additional flooding.
