At 459 PM EDT, gusty showers were located along a line extending from near Ada to near Northridge, moving east at 25 mph. Some of these showers are capable of producing funnel clouds and isolated thunder.
HAZARD...Funnel clouds and wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Marysville, Bellefontaine, Urbana, Kenton, Ada, Plain City, Richwood, St. Paris, West Liberty, Mechanicsburg, North Lewisburg, Forest, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Dunkirk, Alger, Belle Center, West Mansfield, and Chippewa Park.
Conditions are favorable for the development of weak, brief funnel clouds. This type of funnel cloud is harmless, but on rare occasions they can briefly touch down, producing wind gusts over 50 mph. If a funnel cloud is spotted move indoors and report your sighting to the National Weather Service.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Donald Davis
The Rev. Donald E. Davis, 86, died at 7:24 p.m. Jan. 17, 2012, at Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Nov. 4, 1925, in Celina, to Russ and Mable Gaus Davis. On May 8, 1947, he married Virginia L. Grunden, who survives.
Also surviving is a sister-in-law, Margaret Grunden, Montezuma; and a brother-in-law, Gail (Doris) Grunden, Celina.
Deceased are a daughter, Tess Ann Davis, and a brother, brother-in-law, Jimmie Grunden.
He graduated from Celina High School in 1943 and Ohio Northern University in 1956. He received a masters of divinity from Vanderbilt University, became a Methodist church deacon in 1957, received an Ohio minister license in 1958, and became a Methodist church elder in 1960.
He ministered in churches in Ohio City, Harpster, North Hampton, Union City, Meeker, Forest and Wapakoneta.
He served with the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a member of Celina VFW Post.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Bethany United Methodist Church, Celina. Burial will follow in Ellis Cemetery, Montezuma.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
