* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...From this afternoon to Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:40 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 13.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Leo Levi
Leo M. Levi, 73, 918 Sycamore St., Celina, died at 6:32 p.m. Sept. 8, 2006, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born June 6, 1933, in Connersville, Ind., to Ernest and Violet Young Levi. On Sept. 6, 1958, he married Elnora Heindel, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Jeff (Theresa) and Dennis, all of Celina; a brother, Eldon (Shirley), Celina; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, Ernest, Norman, Ferrell and Loren and four sisters, Elma Firestone, Naomi Block, Anna Belle Young and Doris Davis.
He was a retired janitor, who worked at Mendon Schools and Huffy Bicycle Co., Celina. He was a member of New Life Apostolic Church, American Legion Post 210, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713, Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1473 and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 1291, all of Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Larry Fries officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
