* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Robert Mott Jr.
Infant Robert Allen Mott Jr., died at 7:15 p.m. Sept. 8, 2006, at Children's Medical Center, Dayton.
He was born Sept. 3, 2006, to Robert Sr. and Katherine "Katie" M. Goodspeed Mott, who both survive in Celina.
Also surviving are a sister, Trista, at home; four grandparents, Mike and Colleen Goodspeed and Gary and Sheila Clark, all of Celina; and three great-grandparents, Florence Paulus and James and Thelma Mallory, all of Celina.
Deceased are a grandfather, Jeffery; five great-grandparents, James Mott, B.J. and Barbara Bailey and Larry and Delores Goodspeed.
The family is a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Robert Metheny officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
