* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Serenus Brockman
Serenus J. Brockman, 86, of Cranberry Prairie, died at 10:30 p.m. Jan. 7, 2007, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Feb. 25, 1920, in Coldwater, to John and Loretta Reier Brockman. On July 10, 1946, he married Rita Stucke, who died Feb. 7, 2006.
Survivors are three sons, Kenneth and Daniel, both of Celina, and David (Barb), Rossburg; a sister, Arrella Wente, New Bremen; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A daughter-in-law, Cynthia Brockman, is deceased.
He retired from Rutschilling's Sawmill, St. Henry. He was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, Cranberry Prairie, and Knights of St. John, Maria Stein.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Tony Fortman officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
