* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Shirley Black
Shirley J. Black, 79, 14 Haarbye St., New Bremen, died at 11:37 p.m. Jan. 8, 2007, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster, where she was a resident for six years.
She was born Nov. 15, 1927, near Kettlersville, to Ralph and B. Marie Finkenbine Fogt. On April 19, 1947, she married Richard Black, who survives in Minster.
Also surviving are a son, Jeff (Cheryl), Dallas, Texas; two daughters, Christine (Robert) Werst, Duluth, Ga., and Pam (Paul) Phlipot, Minster; and five grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Esther Slattery.
She worked for several years at local election polling stations and was a member of the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital Guild and local Girl Scouts of America. She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, New Bremen.
Services are 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, the Rev. John W. Tostrick officiating. Burial is at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is after noon Saturday at the funeral home.
