* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Helen McHugh
Helen M. McHugh, 84, of Van Wert, died at 3:10 a.m. Jan. 9, 2007, at Vancrest Health Care Center, Van Wert.
she was born April 3, 1922, in Van Wert, to Jacob and Maggie Burch Davis. On Nov. 22, 1939, she married Emmanuel M. McHugh, who died Oct. 3, 2002.
Survivors are two daughters, Connie Wood, Van Wert, and Delda, Delphos; a sister, Elsie Heindel, Celina; and a grandchild.
Deceased are a son, Mearl; two brothers, Wilbur and Lowain Davis; and a sister.
She retired from the former Mersman Brothers, Celina, and delivered the Fort Wayne Journal Gazette Sunday Edition for 32 years and the Van Wert Times Bulletin for many years.
Services are 2 p.m. Friday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Wert, the Rev. Paul Miller officiating. Burial is at Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
