* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Gerald Jackson
Gerald "Gerry" D. Jackson, 78, 5276 Channel Drive, Celina, died Jan. 9, 2007, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 6, 1928, in Dayton, to Donald and Mabel Alter Jackson. On May 10, 1958, he married Mildred A. Blankenship, who died May 10, 2000.
Survivors are a son, Terry L. (Nancy), Beavercreek; a daughter, Cinthia Scirocco, Huber Heights; a brother, Robert (Marilyn), West Palm Beach, Fla.; a brother-in-law, Don Lavin, of Florida; and three grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister, Donna Lavin.
He retired in 1989 from the GTE Maintenance Department and was a barber in the Dayton/Clayton area. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving from 1946-1948 and was a member of the Montezuma United Methodist Church and American Legion Post 888, Delaware.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Bruce Crane officiating. Burial is 2 p.m. Saturday in Germantown Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
