* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Gail Steinmetz
Gail C. Steinmetz, 83, of Michigan and Ohio, died Jan. 10, 2007, at Valley Nursing Home, St. Marys.
He was born May 5, 1923, near Lancaster, to Anthony and Edna McClure Steinmetz.
Survivors are two sisters, Eva Sell and Thelma Fannon, both of St. Marys; and a sister-in-law, Lelah, Wapakoneta.
Deceased are a brother, Wayne and a sister, Pauline Love.
He retired from Penwalt Chemical Company, Wyandot, Mich., where he had been head chemist. He was a graduate of Rome Cannon High School, Stewart, and a member of Wyandot Christian Church.
Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial rites are 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Wells Cemetery, Paigeville.
Calling is 5-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
