Smoke from Canadian wildfires will adversely impact air quality. The Agency expects the Air Quality Index to be in the 'unhealthy for sensitive groups' range. A Shelby County man was to be arraigned this morning in Sidney Municipal Court on charges of aggravated murder, rape and kidnapping in connection with the death of an elderly Fort Loramie woman. Heavy security was expected to be in place for the proceeding.
