* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

Agnes Buening
Agnes J. Buening, 81, 625 Plum Drive, Coldwater, died at 10 a.m. March 1, 2008, at her home.
She was born Jan. 10, 1927 in Auglaize County to Aloys and Mary Borchers Hoying. On Feb. 19, 1955, she married Lavern Buening, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Thomas (Patty) Buening, Columbus; two daughters, Janet (Phil) Heppard, Katy, Texas, and Betty Buening, Sidney; a brother, Rev. John Hoying, Bellevue; four sisters, Dolores Shepherd, Satellite Beach, Fla., Rita Taylor, Huron, Margaret Francis, Cocoa, Fla., and Sister Mary Madonna Hoying, Cincinnati; a daughter-in-law, Wendy Youell, Providence Forge, Va., and nine grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, John Buening.
She worked as a nurse at the former Otis Hospital, Celina, and was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater.
Funeral mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. John Hoying officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home Coldwater.
Contributions can be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
