* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

Margaret Davis
Margaret F. Davis, 97, formerly of Montezuma, died at 9:40 a.m. Saturday at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community, St. Marys.
She was born May 17, 1911, in Darke County to J. Fred and Cordella "Nick" Sellman.
She was married to Donald H. Davis, who is deceased.
Survivors are a son, John (Rebecca), St. Marys; a brother, John (Neva) Sellman, Tipp City; a sister, Joan Gebhart, Kettering; and two grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, James Sellman, and a sister, Irene Gilbert.
She and her husband owned and operated Davis Dairy Bar & Restaurant in Montezuma. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, St. Marys, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Coldwater and the Order of Eastern Star, Dayton.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday, at the Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Ed Bray officiating. Burial is at Burge Cemetery, Montezuma.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
