* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northeastern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Southern Hardin County in west central Ohio... Northern Logan County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

Walter Stewart
Walter J. "Jack" Stewart Jr., 42, of Rossburg, died March 1, 2008, at Southview Hospital, Dayton. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born in Dec. 3, 1965, in Greenville to Walter J. Stewart Sr., of Greenville, and Christina Chanceyof Rossburg, who both survive. Also surviving is his stepfather, Ron Couchot, Rossburg. He was married to Deborah A. Gehron, who survives.
Other survivors are three daughters, Beth, Mindy and Hope, at home; three brothers, Dion (Cassandra), Portland, Ind., Dallas (Terri), Celina, and Chris, Versailles a grandfather, Harry K. Chancey, Rossburg; a grandmother, Lorene Stewart, Greenville; and his mother and father-in-law, Willard and Karen Gehron, North Star.  
He worked as an auto body repairman at Fleet Maintenance Center in Versailles and served as captain on the Rossburg Fire Department, where he was president of the fire association. He was a 1984 graduate of Ansonia High School.
Services are 10:30 Thursday at the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home, Greenville, the Rev. Eric Fee officiating. Burial is at Greenville Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
