All Celina metered utility customers in the city's corporation limits likely will have to pay an additional $2 monthly fee when council members approve a new storm water utility.
Some council members are concerned about the new stormwater utility proposal even though a consensus was reaching on Thursday night to bill every metered utility customer.

St. Henry completed a perfect Midwest Athletic Conference girls golf duals season by beating Versailles 183-209 at The Mercer County Elks on Thursday. The 183 is the second-lowest round this season for St. Henry.
