Celina city officials this morning gave a demonstration of how much narrower downtown sidewalks would be if Celina keeps angled parking and does not switch to parallel parking.

Snow and bitterly cold temperatures continue to plague the Grand Lake area as windchill is expected to plummet to 8 below zero overnight.
