* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Thomas Marsh
Thomas Michael "Roadie" Marsh, 59, 317 S. Main St., Mendon, died at 9:54 a.m. Aug. 22, 2009, at Reid Hospital, Richmond, Ind. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born Jan. 5, 1950, in Cuba, N.Y. to Lorenz Harry "Deputy Dog" and Gertrude Aileen "Skip" Ball Marsh.He married Tonya Hammond, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Shaun March, Celina; two daughters, Nikki (Don) Cotterman, Fort Recovery, and Lori Marsh, Cincinnati; stepchildren, D.J. Thompson, Columbus, Misty Thompson, Mendon, Jesse Tackett, Morehead, Ky., JR Thompson, Mikey (Ashley) Tackett, and Casey and Cody Thompson, all of Mendon; a brother, Ed (Sandy) March, Rawson; six grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased is his first wife, Mona J. Chandler Marsh.
He retired from Ford Motor Company, Lima, and was a member of the American Legion of Morehead, Ky., Veterans of Foreign Wars and was a retired member of the U.S. Patriots Motorcycle Club (Ohio Group). He was a U.S. Army Vietnam War veteran, serving from 1969-1972. He graduated from St. Marys Memorial High School.
Services are 7 p.m. Wednesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Mendon, the Rev. Robert Lionheart Wells officiating. Military rites will be conducted by the Spencerville Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
