Jackie Balfour passed away Tuesday evening at Celina Manor Nursing Home. She was 79. She is survived by her husband, Keith.

Cornhole tournament held at Eastview Park
CELINA - A new cornhole league and tournament has been started at a city park, Celina Parks and Recreation Director Jeff Fortkamp said.
The league started two weeks ago at Eastview Park and will continue for at least one more week.
Grand Lake/Wabash River Watershed
It's official.
The Grand Lake/Wabash River Watershed has been approved for $1.5 million in federal funds for conservation efforts that reduce soil and nutrient runoff.

St. Marys American Legion Post 323 were swept in a doubleheader by the Miami Valley Wolverines on Wednesday night at Wittenberg University's Davidson Stadium in Springfield. The Wolverines won 3-1 and 5-3 to drop Post 323 to 0-3 on the season.
