* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 900 AM EDT.
* At 606 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Judy Millisor
Judy Marie Millisor, 61, Celina, died Feb. 26, 2011, at Joint Township Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born Sept. 21, 1949, in Celina, to Vincent H. and Hilda Rose Uhlenhake Schlueter.
Surviving is a daughter, Jennifer Millisor, Cincinnati; three brothers, Paul (Evelyn) Schlueter, Greenville, Tom (Carol) Schlueter, Botkins, and Joe (Lora) Schlueter, Celina; and a sister, Jane (Bill) Springer, Celina.
Deceased are two brothers, James Schlueter and John F. Schlueter.
She worked as a custodian at Celina City Schools. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina. She was also a graduate of Celina High School in 1967.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Alt officiating. Burial is at a later date.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorials may be made to the Celina High Green and White Scholarship Fund.
