* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

David Sink
David Sink, 79, Celina, died at 1:09 p.m. May 10, 2014, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born May 18, 1934, in Celina, to Manford and Carrie Mae Sellers Sink. On Sept. 12, 2009, he married Jeanne Wolfgang Sink, who survives in Celina.
Other survivors are a long-time companion of 26 years, Esther Houser, Celina; sons, David D. Sink, Defiance, Tommy Sink, Russells Point, Robert Zimmerman, Cary Anthony Sink, Defiance, James Sink, Wapakoneta, John Michael Sink, St. Marys, and Dustin L.R. Sink, Defiance; daughters, Juanita Sink, Defiance, Lisa Sink, Defiance, Marcia Stoffstall, Celina, and Seirra Long, Defiance; brothers, Ronald Sink, Tiffin, Donald Sink, Defiance, and Allen Sink, Van Wert; sisters, Sally Shinaberry, Van Wert, and Kathy Store, St. Marys; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Rickie Sink; a brother, James Sink; and two sisters, Brenda Klima and Susie Hoffmeyer.
He was disabled.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Lighthouse Fellowship Church, Celina, the Rev. Tony Richmond officiating. Burial is at a later date.
Calling is 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
Arrangements are being handled by Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
