* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Robert Leugers
Robert "Frosty" E. Leugers, 78, Celina, died at 3:32 p.m. May 10, 2014, at his residence.
He was born March 16, 1936, in Neptune, to Henry and Nellie Schwartz Leugers, who are deceased. On June 1, 1964, he married Marlene J. Lindemeyer in New Cordon, Ind., and she survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Daniel (Jane) Leugers, Minster, Richard (Deb) Leugers, Celina, and Michael (Rosalind) Leugers, St. Marys; two daughters, Catrina (Mike) Fields, Wauseon, and Lisa (Ron) Mullins, Celina; 15 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are an infant daughter, Debbie Leugers; two brothers, Lloyd Leugers and Melvin Leugers; and a sister, Betty Agler.
He was a 1944 graduate of Celina Senior High School. He retired as a production employee from Avco-New Idea Corp., Coldwater, and had also worked at Mersman Bros.Furniture Co., Celina. His favorite pastimes included fishing, working on his farm and growing plants in his greenhouse.
Services are 7 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, West Chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. Jason King officiating. Private burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 4–7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to Community Health Professionals Hospice Program or the American Cancer Society.
