* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... ST. MARYS - An area man accused of stabbing to death a local farmer 33 years ago pleaded not guilty to the crime during a hearing Monday.
With his head bowed most of the time, Brian S. Guggenbiller, 52, of Lima, offered the plea to a charge of aggravated murder during the arraignment hearing in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court. He is the third suspect charged in the gruesome death of Marcellus Reineke, 72, during a botched burglary in St. Marys in October 1981. [More]
