* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Vernon Ruley
Vernon L. Ruley age 84 of Minster, Ohio passed away surrounded by his family at 4:15 AM Friday, October 14, 2016 at Heritage Center, Minster, Ohio.
He was born on May 30, 1932 in Minster, Ohio to the late Cape & Luella (Steinecker) Ruley. On November 19, 1970 he married Bernadette Filburn and she survives in Minster.
He is also survived by two children: Lisa Ruley and friend Ralph Wolfe, New Bremen & Denice Hagens, Rockford, grandchildren: Sean Parlett Hagens & Alexa Hagens. He also survived by brother: Mel Ruley, Minster.
He was preceded in death by son-in-law Chad Hagens brothers Harold, Richard, Norman & Donald: He was a veteran of the US army during Vietnam War. He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, Ohio with Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster on Wednesday from 12 PM until time of service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Minster Area Life Squad.
