Scattered snow showers occurring across the area will slowly diminish through the evening. These snow showers will continue to cause brief reductions in visibility. In addition, as temperatures fall, the snow showers could produce a light coating of snow on roadways. This will result in the potential for some slick spots to develop. Motorists should be prepared for changing conditions this evening and exercise extra caution.

Ag officials in Mercer and Auglaize counties said they expect this year's overall corn yields to be down 25 to 30 percent due to the drought.
Overall Auglaize County soybean yields will be reduced an estimated 20 percent.
