* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are expected this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will briefly be as low as 10 to 15 degrees below zero.

Naomi Krogman
Naomi M. Krogman, 91, of Celina, Ohio, passed away at Celina Manor on December 24, 2016 at 12:00 pm. She was born September 16, 1925 in Coldwater, Ohio to John W. and Aletha (Overly) Knous, both preceded her in death. She married Harry Krogman on November 27, 1948; he preceded her in death on December 31, 2008.
Survivors include her children, Connie (Joe) McPheron, New Knoxville, OH, Eddie (Patty) Krogman, Mendon, OH, Terry (Jana) Krogman, Covington, OH, Carol (William) Coate, Mount Eden, KY, David (Lori) Krogman, Celina, OH, and Rick (Lynn) Krogman, Celina, OH; a sister, Audrey (Sheets) Schlotterer, Celina, OH; a sister-in-law, Barb Knous, St. Marys, OH; grandchildren, Travis (Jen) Fishbaugh, Channon (Cindy) Fishbaugh, Cherie Fishbaugh, Scott Krogman, Lance (Kim) Krogman, Luke (Amber) Krogman, Haley Krogman, Justin (Amy) Krogman, Casey Coate, Corey (Desera) Coate, Crystal (Eric) Taylor, Matt Krogman, Dusty Krogman, Katie (Eric) Abromavich, Drew Krogman, and Amanda (Mitch) McGee; and 33 great grandchildren.
Also preceded in death by a sister, Norma Hoenie; three brothers, Tom, Darl and Robert Knous; three brothers-in-law, George Hoenie, Blackie Sheets, and Carl Schlotterer; and a great grandson, Maverick Fishbaugh.
Naomi was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Hopewell Township, Rockford, OH.
She was a homemaker and worked as a seamstress for Buckeye Overall Factory in Coldwater, OH, and Maristan in Spencerville. She also worked as a cook for Neptune Schools, and was a janitor for Mendon Post Office.
Visitation hours will be from 4-8 pm, Wednesday, December 28, 2016 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 am on Thursday in the Cisco Funeral Home with Rev. Allan Brown officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina, OH.
Contributions can be made to State of the Heart Hospice, Coldwater.
