* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are expected this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will briefly be as low as 10 to 15 degrees below zero.

Lori Hayes
Lori Hayes, age 62 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Dec. 26, 2016 at the Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
She was born on March 6, 1954 in Celina, Ohio to the late Almond & Marie Kessler Schultz. On Sept. 8, 1973 she married Mike Hayes, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are her six daughters and sons-in-law; Martha & Martin Johnston of Circleville, Kati & Matt Heckler of Celina, Ellen & Mark Bash of Rockford, Cora & Jamie Tuttle of Haydenville, Sara & Justin Bruggeman of Coldwater and Megan & Joe Heitbrink of St. Henry and her 13 Grandchildren.
Lori graduated with honors from Celina High School with the Class of 1972, was a homemaker and employed at Hart's and then worked at Cooper Farms for 23 years and retired in 2015. She was a member of the Mt. Carmel Church of God where she taught Sunday School and conducted Bible studies. She was a volunteer at the Call Food Pantry's Tuesday night dinner's and the Mt. Carmel Church's pancake breakfast. She loved to shop, enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and attending their sporting events.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday Dec. 29, 2016 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Mark Wakeland officiating. Burial will follow at the Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday Dec. 28, 2016 and from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Thursday morning at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. Carmel Church of God Bangladesh Missions Fund.
