* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Tornado devastates

The tornado carved a path of destruction across Jill and Brooke avenues in Celina's Wheatland neighborhood. Homes directly in the path suffered massive damage while many houses next door were left largely untouched.
