* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Ashley Heiser-Bogle
Ashley Nichole Heiser-Bogle, 35, of Celina, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 19, 2023.
She was born on December 17, 1988, in Coldwater, Ohio, to her parents, Jamie Heiser and Jennifer Coradi.
Ashley was a dedicated homemaker, finding great joy in the role of being a mother to her children. She cherished every moment spent with her sons, Jovani Guzman and Lucas Semer, as well as her daughter, Kaylynn Semer and stepdaughter, Taylor Kittle. Family was everything to Ashley, and she poured her heart and soul into creating a warm and loving home for her children. While not busy with her family, Ashley enjoyed some of life's simple pleasures. She loved taking leisurely walks, going on car rides, and indulging in her favorite pastimes, such as watching truck races and fishing. Music was a constant companion in Ashley's life, bringing her solace and joy whenever she needed it.
Ashley was a vibrant spirit, with a great sense of humor and a mischievous streak. She took great pleasure in giving her fiancé grief for being a Michigan fan, always engaging in playful banter and friendly rivalry. Her laughter and light-heartedness made her a beloved presence among her family and friends. When it came to the culinary arts, Ashley's talent in the kitchen was unparalleled. She loved cooking, using her skills to whip up delicious meals that brought her loved ones together around the table. Ashley was an active social media consumer, finding entertainment and joy in platforms such as TikTok and Facebook. She enjoyed connecting with friends and sharing snippets of her life with others, always leaving a positive impact on those around her.
In addition to her children, Ashley will be deeply missed by her father, Jamie (Tina) Heiser; mother, Jennifer Coradi, fiancé, Tyler Kittle, as well as her siblings, Jamie (Chesley) Bogle, Curtis (Miranda) Heiser, Nathan Frederick, Jackie Heiser, Tyson Bare, Alex Bare, Billy Bare as well as her many nieces and nephews.
Ashley was preceded in death by her grandparents: Judith and Ken Bogle, Carl Heiser, Carolyn and Donald Hartman.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
