The human remains found in West Bank Park south of Celina still elude identification. Evidence does lead the investigation to believe the bones belong to the victim of a homicide. People with any additional tips are encouraged to send them via mercercountysheriff.org or by calling the tip line at (567)-890-TIPS or the detectives at (419)-586-1450. * WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM to 8 PM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
