A Perkins Specialized Transportation Contracting vehicle travels through Celina to deliver a 489,000-pound, 126-foot-long, 21-foot-wide mega load containing a boiler to Pratt Industries in Wapakoneta. The boiler will serve a dual purpose of helping make the company's paper products while also heating the building said Wapakoneta Area Economic Development Council Director Greg Myers.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 247 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
