* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, from 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Sunday. For the Freeze Watch, from late Sunday night through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

Sister Madonna Fortman

Sister Madonna Fortman, RSM, 89, died July 10, 2006, at St. Bernardine Home, Fremont.

She was born Dec. 29, 1916, in Fort Recovery, to John and Victoria Stelzer Fortman.

Surviving is a sister Lucy Fortman, Dayton.

Deceased are four brothers, Richard, John, Paul and Marcellus and four sisters, Rosemary, Adelaide Lochtefeld, Elizabeth Carter and Dorothy Schoenlein.

Funeral Mass is at 4 p.m. Thursday at St. Bernadine Home. Burial will follow at Convent Cemetery, Our Lady of the Pines Retreat Center, Fremont.

Calling is 6-8 p.m. Thursday and 1-4 p.m. Friday at the home.

Contributions can be made to The Mercy Ministry Fund of Cincinnati, or to the retreat center, Fremont.

Arrangements are being handled by Keller-Ochs-Koch Funeral Home, Fremont.
