An Arctic front will sweep east across the region between 5 AM and 9 AM. A few hours of snow showers and west wind gusts of 35 to 40 mph will occur with the frontal passage. While any accumulations will generally be a half inch or less, some challenging travel conditions may develop given, rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities, strong wind and cold temperatures. These conditions will impact the morning commute. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Paul Sutter
Paul A. Sutter, 71, 2790 Mud Pike, Celina, died at 10:56 p.m. July 11, 2006, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Sept. 2, 1934, in Mercer County, to Clarence and Regina Leugers Sutter. On May 30, 2006, he married Jennifer Murphy, who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Terri (Mike) Davis, St. Marys, Dawn Garcia, Mesa, Ariz., and Lisa Heistan, Celina; four brothers, Norb, Carl (Judy) and John (Vickie), all of Celina, and Leroy (Judy), Willshire; five sisters, Jane (Roger) Eibling, Fort Wayne, Ind., Joan Williams, Mary (Bryan) Dupes and Madonna Leonard Sattler, all of Celina, and Carolyn (Robert) Kaylor, Neptune; seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased are an infant daughter, Lori; and a brother-in-law, Kenneth Williams.
He retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, St. Marys, and was currently an employee of The Daily Standard. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713, American Legion 210 and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 1291, all of Celina. He was member of Beaver Chapel, Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Thomas Christian officiating.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
